Why enamelled cast iron
Heavy for a reason.
Thick cast iron soaks up heat and gives it back slowly, so food browns evenly and stays warm at the table. The glass enamel coating means no seasoning, no rust, and no worries about tomatoes or wine.
- Even heatNo hot spots under the meat.
- One potSear, simmer, bake and serve.
- Easy to cleanWarm soapy water is enough.
- Made to keepCookware you pass on, not replace.
